The Doorbell - A Sacramento, CA residence has the doorbell
ring, even when removed from the door and without batteries.

The Delta King - When you step on to this ship, you step back
in time. It is Beautifully maintained and rich in history. Our
investigation uncovered more questions than answers on this
steamboat in Sacramento, Ca.

The Record Store - This once thriving hotel has now become a
record store. In 2004 API looked in to reported sightings of a little girl
and a woman in Victorian clothing.

Alcatraz - API members attend the 2003 Ghost Tracker
Conference and have a little too close encounter that left bruises.

Joe's House - An Orangevale resident has seen a little girl
standing at the top of the stairs. His sister has heard men arguing.
They want to know what's going.

Karen's House - While going out of town, Karen asked her
neighbor to feed her dogs. Upon entering her home, her neighbor
became terrified, unable to feed the animals. Yes, the dogs were
fed, by the neighbors husband.

Unexplained Moving Shadows - This Rosemont family sees
shadows, feels a presence, and hears noises. The unexplained
occurrences happened with the prior owners too.

Antelope Shapes and Sounds - Late at night an Antelope
family fears for their baby's safety. They see unknown shapes and
hear unexplained sounds in their home.

Mysterious Scratches - A girl is jolted awake by nightmares. Her
mother shares these nightmares and worries for her daughters safety
when scratches appear.

Haunted School Yard - By day the school children play. By
night a man is seen under a tree, sitting. API finds impressive

in photographs, an odd fog on the ice, and a feeling of discomfort

Yolo County Historical Museum - Built in the late 1800's,
this was home to Mr. William Gibson and his family. The Gibson
family has long gone - or have they? EVP is of...

Woodland Opera House - Built in the 1800's, destroyed by
fire, and rebuilt again. Numerous reports of things going bump
and a piano sliding across the floor. API looks to prove or
disprove the accounts. An apparition is photographed!! EVP

Mom's still here, and anybody else? - A local resident experiences
sounds in the night, foul smells, and a apparition. Video obtained is
very revealing, along with EVP, and photo's.

Ione Hotel - Various API team members encounter the local ghost
named, George and a woman. The documentary team capture an
interesting EVP on this investigation. The staff report knocking
flying dishes, glasses, and even a coffee pot. EVP reveals.......

Saying good bye - A local resident shares a very private time with
the API team. We thank this kind lady for asking us in to her home.

were just open, whispers in ones ear, and odd happenings are common here.

Louisville, KY - Waverly Hills Sanitorium is a notoriously known as a
haunted location. API spent two nights in long dark hallways investigating the
stories of shadow people, growling sounds, and little Timmy. Night one was
with Todd Sheets group, Nightwatchers. Night two with Ghost Vigil.

Petaluma, CA - After a 55lb lamp falls over in the attic without the aid of
an earthquake and a spoon launches across the kitchen, this family asks for
help in understanding what is happening in their home from a TAPS family.

West Sacramento, CA - A happy family is experiencing dark shadows
and sounds they can't explain. They contacted the TAPS website for
help and API was asked to look into the unexplained events.

Sacramento, CA - After years of reports of apparitions by guests,

original owner of this 1912 home was an early doctor in Sacramento.

San Jose, CA - The community knows this home as the haunted house,
but the family that lives here calls it home. However, after hearing unseen
voices welcome them home, objects moving, and apparitions walking about -

Sacramento, CA - This family moved into their new home on Aug. 1, 2007
and since that time have seen dark shapeless shadows, smelled odors, and

around corners and dark shadows at night are common.

Stanley Hotel, CO - This Estes Park, CO Hotel has had reports of
activity from full apparitions, to guests being touched, and much more. API
and Nightwatchers reserve the entire 4th floor to find out if it is all a good
story, or there really are ghosts living among the guests of Stanley.

Fresno, CA - Since 1968 the owner of this business has had experiences
here. Now he seeks to find proof of his experiences. API invites another
TAPS family group for help; PPI who drove all the way from southern CA.

Galt, CA - Upon moving into their new farm, this family has seen and
experienced numerous events beyond rational explanation. Events like full
apparitions seen, to 100 year old nails re-appearing on a frequently used
path prompt the family to seek an explanation from API.

St. George Hotel - Located in Volcano, CA the St. George Hotel and town are
home to 105 people. Loyd Auerbach investigated 2 locations in the early 1980's. Now API
returns to investigate stories of a little ghost girl in the hotel with the Sacramento Bee. Diaries
left in each persons room reveal many peoples tales. Is she the only sighting? What have guests
seen and heard? What will API see as we spend the night and investigate the grounds. The Bee's

Auburn, CA - This family purchased a home in which the prior home on
the foundation was torn completely down and re-built. The owner sold it,
leaving the current owners behind. There was more to the story. Now API
has been asked in to figure out what's going on. What will the family record?

Sacramento, CA - This household has been experiencing an escalation of
profound and bizarre occurrences ranging from dark growling masses swooping
at them, to blood appearing on a residents hands, to incidents of passing out.

Roseville, CA - The kind couple in this home contacted TAPS in order
to find out what was going on in their new home. Unexplained smells, voices,
and shadows have raised their curiosity. Do they have spirits ?

Alameda, CA / U.S.S. Hornet - Nightwatchers hosted another great
event, which several of the API team attended. This included sleeping aboard
the ship after walking the long, dark passageways and learning of the grey
ghost's history. The Hornet Museum is a worth while trip, check it out.

Volcano, CA - API's first conference, Ghost Rush based out of the St.
George Hotel and newly re-opened Union Hotel for the investigation portion
of the conference. Also visited was the various businesses, cemetery, local
caves, and Masonic Cave. Guests and speakers made this event unforgettable.

Sacramento, CA - The couple in this home waited nine years before asking
for help with their most unusual paranormal issue. While a full apparition visits,
they have been finding unexplained stains that strongly resemble blood on the
ladies clothing. They are now being sent to a lab, the results while be posted

northern California wilderness. Several guests and family members have had
odd and sometimes unsettling experiences ranging from cigarette smoke smell

Ever since each were, "knee high to-a-tad-pole", they have experienced figures,
voices, dark shadows, and objects moving without apparent reason. Now as

Stockton, CA - This family has been troubled by dark shadows, an
apparition of a little girl, voices talking to the daughter first and then the mother,
and more. API is asked in as a last effort before the family decides to move or
not. The daughter is so bothered by this location, she can no longer enter her

Hayward, CA - A now single mom lives alone afraid of certain rooms in her
home. She tried to have a roommate stay in the room that tormented her, but he
never would stay the night. He wouldn't speak of why. As API walked into the
room next door a woman's voice was heard by all, but no woman was there. Are
there EVP's of this voice? Is it male or female?

San Mateo, CA - This concerned parent contacted TAPS to find out
whom her 2y/o son was talking to. API and Loyd Auerbach spent the evening
listening to her story and looking for clues to why objects (especially toys) were
turning on without being touched. Is this spirit activity, natural, or them?
