To ensure client confidentially and privacy, every member of API signs a Confidentiality and Disclosure Agreement.  This means that no information, including location, names and all forms of evidence, is shared with anyone outside of the group or put on the website without written consent from our clients and API founders, Dave & Ann Bender.

AMERICAN PARANORMAL CRIMAINAL BACKGROUND CHECK POLICY

Any API member or volunteer attending any API investigation or API membership must give written permission for a criminal background check. Each person is entitled to a copy of the report if they choose.
