Jason:  Lead Sensitive, Sr. Investigator, and Debunker  -  His balance of calmness, light
nature, and professionalism is invaluable to every investigation he participates in.

Jason Keli’inohokula Lindo, or Keli’i to his friends and family, is a sensitive from a long line
of sensitives. Jason was born in Honolulu, Hawaii and is of Native Hawaiian, Chinese and
Sephardic Jewish heritage. Jason grew up in a traditional Hawaiian home steeped in beliefs
about ghosts, ancestral guardian spirits and legends of sacred geographic spots. Jason
says his first encounter with a ghost, the spirit of his Hawaiian great grandmother, happened
when he was 5 years old at an old Chinese graveyard in the Makiki district of Honolulu.
Since that encounter, Jason has developed, with the encouragement of family elders, his
ability to sense and communicate with spirits. Jason has been a member of several California
paranormal groups and has been featured on the live broadcast of Dead Famous from
Hollywood. Jason has investigated some well known California haunted locations,
including: Hollywood Forever Cemetery, the California Governor’s Mansion, the Crocker
Museum and Sky Ranch near Yosemite National Park. In addition to his work in paranormal
investigations, Jason is also active in several Native Hawaiian cultural and political groups in
Northern California where he frequently advises on traditional Hawaiian protocols and at
his synagogue in Sacramento, where he and his partner of 15 yrs are active members. Jason
also works as a social worker and supervisor for a large, Sacramento based non-profit
agency working with the developmentally disabled. Among Jason’s interests is collecting
multicultural  ghost lore and historical documentations of hauntings from across the globe.

Michelle:  Senior Investigator, Videographer, and Sensitive

I was born in San Jose, Ca. in March of 1974 to two of the very best parents in the world.
Although my mother will not admit it (due to her belief system), I have inherited her and my
grandmothers sensitivity.  I was raised a non-denominational Christian, and currently have my
own beliefs rooted in nature and the All is One theory.  I believe in trying to be a positive
influence in people and am generally an optimistic and happy person.  I have been interested
in the paranormal since I was a very young child, as I was aware of the presences of deceased
family members I had never met before and have spent the better part of my lifetime looking
for like-minded folks to work with; which is one reason I am so pleased and proud to be part
of A.P.I.  Currently I am a full time student working on a degree in Television Production
and Film Studies at CRC in which we have several productions currently airing on local
access cable, and I have some schooling in Landscape Architecture.  I work part time for a
high end storage company.  I have worked at several historic sites with documented
paranormal activity.  I have also worked as a supervisor at a high-end coffee roasting
company in the Bay Area and I love to talk coffee!

Day Job:  Producer for the local TV show "Live Wire"
Hobbies:  I enjoy dancing to house music, and tap dancing ( which I have been doing since I
was 8 years old), listening to punk, psychobilly, and rockabilly music, and going to pre-1965
car shows, camping, and riding my 2 bicycles ( not at the same time;) I love vintage clothes,
cars, furniture, bikes, etc. and I LOVE to swim in the ocean.

Erin:  Senior Investigator/Sensitive  -  A shy lady with innate curiosity of the unexplained.

I grew up in the northern California foothills of the Sierra-Nevada Mountains.  All of my
life I have had a huge interest in the paranormal, although until recently nobody in my family
has shared.  I had experiences on and off through my whole life, some I didn’t realize until later
where paranormal.  I sensed and saw things I couldn’t explain.  I found and joined API.  At
investigations I am sometimes the Sensitive and sometimes an investigator.  I like both roles
because they are so different.  I love being in API.  We look at both the scientific and
spiritual.  We love to laugh and joke.  I think the humor really helps the homeowners who are
frightened and are worried about what is happening in their house.  I like to see the fear leave
their faces as they see us smiling and giggling while we chase ghosts.
Aside from investigator for API, I am a wife and mother.  My husband Kris works in the
Auto business and I stay at home with our daughter, McKenna.  I love being a mommy more
than anything.  When I’m not hunting ghosts or playing with McKenna Bo Benna I love to
cook, read, travel.

Day Job:  administrative assistant
Hobbies:  spending time with friends and family

Gary:  Senior Investigator  and Lead Debunking Specialist

Gary grew up in Denver, Colorado.  He has lived in New York, Florida and Alabama
before finally landing in Sacramento.  Gary has been interested in the paranormal
since he was a small child.  My background is in management and engineering, I have a
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering,  However, I am currently starting a new
phase in my life as a service technician while I pursue my MBA.  Being new to hands-on
investigation of the paranormal, I have never seen a haunting and I look forward to the
day when I experience the paranormal for myself.  Until then I remain agnostic about
ghosts and the paranormal; I intend to be objective and professional in researching
ghosts, spirits and haunts and I hope to produce real verifiable proof of them.

Day Job:  Service Technician
Hobbies:  Investing, reading, and travel especially to ruins and ghost towns and my
                         girlfriend Jaimie

Vickie:  Investigator  and Debunker- Her dedication and compassion is unbelievable.

Vickie was born in Japan , the daughter of an army officer.  Having lived and traveled in
several countries, she now calls Lake Tahoe her home.  She worked for Universal
Studios, training animals for movies, and then began teaching children instead.
Although she still works as a teacher, she now enjoys her summer vacations performing
in musicals and looking for ghosts.  She became interested in the paranormal when her
young daughter would talk about seeing her (deceased) grandmother.  Looking for
answers, she too began experiencing paranormal activities.  She worked for a couple
of years as a docent at Pipers Opera House in Virginia City , NV and has explored
many parts of the town on her own.  She soon learned this was unsafe and began
looking for a group that had similar beliefs in the paranormal.  She found API and
knew this was the group for her.

Day Job:  Teacher
Hobbies:  Performing in Musicals and looking for ghosts
Marcie:  Investigator, Interviewer, and Sensitive - We gotta watch out for this one!

My name is Marcie and I'm an enthusiastic newcomer to the API team. I've had a
lifelong interest in the paranormal, tempered with enough skepticism to keep me
grounded. As a kid I would save up my allowance to buy every issue of Fate magazine.
Google it if you don't know about that periodical. It really opened my mind to
possibilities that weren't exactly commonplace for little girls in the 1960s.
I currently live in Vacaville in a home haunted by my late husband Wayne, a native
Hawaiian with a good sense of humor. His latest prank was sending a sock monkey
sailing across my bedroom, nailing my oldest son, Joe, in the head. This, I believe, was
an homage to one of my favorite sayings, "Don't make me call my flying monkeys."
Our household consists of monkey-head Joe, his brother Bob, one fierce
dachshund, four obnoxious cats and a couple of feeder fish who turned into pets.
I have a background in newspaper reporting, so I look forward to pitching in on writing
and research projects. Power to the nerds who take pleasure in paper-pushing,
fact-finding missions!

The truth is not only "out there," it's in all of us.

Day Job:  Jail booking clerk
Hobbies:  Reading, knitting, Egyptology, old movies and an endless quest for the
                          perfect sushi.
William:  Investigator  and Debunker- His gentle and calm nature is soothing.

I always believed in the supernatural especially after my family and I had our own
experiences.  I joined API because I want to be able to help others like they helped me.

Day Job:  Alameda County employee, and I served 4 years in the US Marine Corps
Hobbies:  Bass fishing, military history, the paranormal, SF Giants fan, UFC fan
Nick:  Investigator  and Debunker in Training - Look out for this one!
No really, Vicki raised a fine young man.

Hi, I'm Nick I was born and raised at South Lake Tahoe. I am currently in college full time
and enjoying every minute of it! I have not had many paranormal experiences, but the few
I've had sparked my curiosity. I prefer the strange and unusual!

Day Job:  College Student
Hobbies:  I love skiing, hiking, camping, and anything outdoors; I also love to play ice
hockey in goalie position, I play as a forward as well.  When I'm not outside I'm inside with
friends playing video games, building something, or most likely doing homework...
